Keto Fry Bread pizza crust



Because one can never have too many pizza recipes in their arsenal.

1 1/2 Tbsp Psyllium husk powder
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 Large eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp tsp Italian seaoning
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch salt and pepper

Mix everything in a bowl. In a frying pan, add enough oil to coat bottom. Turn to medium heat, and allow oil to get hot. Add batter. It will be thick - you will need to work it with a spatula to spread it out to coat the bottom of your pan. You can get up to a 14" crust from this batter - it all depends on how thick you like your crust. Fry each side in the oil 2-3 minutes. Remove from oil, and allow to strain on paper towels for a few minutes. This next part I did in the air fryer oven. I put the crust on parchment on the mesh tray - and I put my toppings on it - sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc... baked 5 minutes at 360 degrees. It came out perfect. You can bake this in the oven. Add you toppings, put in oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until all the toppings are melted.

Note: Macros listed below are for crust only, and include the seasoning choices I used - which can be eliminated. Toppings and sauce will be additional.
