Quick and Easy high fat keto egg scramble

1/4 of a red pepper, sliced into strips (using a green pepper will lower the carbs)
2 mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 ounces breakfast sausage
2 large eggs
2 tbspn heavy cream

Sautee vegetables in butter or oil until soft. Scramble eggs with heavy cream and add to the pan with the vegetables. Add sausage. Cook on medium low until cooked through, and eggs are just set. Add shredded cheese if desired.
Garnish with 1/4 of an avocado, sliced into a fan. I do this just for added fat. I also like the change in temperature and texture it adds to the dish.
